FEATURES:
Chemtig™ Acid-Based Weld Cleaning Solution has been specially formulated to work with all brands of Weld Brush Cleaners and is a great alternative to pickling paste.
When used in conjunction with weld brush cleaning machines, Acid-Based Weld Cleaning Solution will remove discoloration from recently welded stainless steel, as well as light surface oxides, and rust. It also removes tea staining or other surface discoloration on stainless steel and similar metals whilst simultaneously passivating the surface.

Removes light surface oxides and rust on all stainless steel.
Non-Flammable.
Easy rinse off.
Safety:
This product contains phosphoric acid and acid fluorides. The liquid is highly corrosive and toxic. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Do not take internally. Avoid breathing any fumes, mists and vapours. Always work in areas with adequate ventilation, preferably outdoors to allow chemical fumes, and where applicable, solvent fumes to dissipate. The use of goggles, rubber gloves, is required. If the material gets into the eyes, flush thoroughly with clear water for fifteen minutes; then seek medical treatment. Avoid skin contact. Material may cause severe burns. Always wash exposed areas immediately, using warm water and soap, followed by rinsing with clean water. If using regularly, obtain a tube of calcium gluconate gel and keep at hand for emergency first aid. Observe all safety precautions.
Precautions:
This product is capable of producing adverse health effects ranging from minor skin irritation to serious systemic effects. None of these materials should be used, stored, or transported until the handling precautions and recommendations as stated in the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for this and all other products being used are understood by all persons who will work with the material.

Within the Sydney Metro area only.

If an order is placed before 10 am, and the item is in stock, you are guaranteed to receive your product before COB (Close of business) that same day. If these conditions are followed and our delivery partner does not get your package to you within the specified time frame, Electroweld will credit any shipping cost incurred by you.
