Features 6051 Filter Cartridges
|
|
The 3M 6051 filters provide A1 protection ideal for applications including mixing paint thinners or glue, where organic vapours are present.
|
|
When used with the 3M reusable respirator range, the 3M 6051 filter provides A1 level Organic Vapour protection for vapours with a boiling point greater than 65°C. This type of protection is suitable when mixing paint thinners, working with glue or in any situation where you may be working with organic solvents.

This cartridge/filter, when used for protection against the contaminants as specified, is capable of providing the following protection levels:

– With a 3M 6000/7800 Series Full Face Respirator: for particles, for airborne concentrations up to 100 x WES

| Optional particle protection can also be added to this filter if required. If you need P2 protection, simply stack the 3M 5925 particle filters on top of your 6051 A1 filters. Or, for P3* protection stack on the 3M 5935 particle filter (*P3 protection can only be achieved when using a full face respirator mask). If adding either the 5925 or 5935 filters, you will need the retaining clips (part number 501) to hold them securely in place. |

The 3M 5925 filters offer P2 level protection that can be fitted to the 3M 6000 series cartridges.
|

P2 particulate protection is useful in filtering out harmful contaminants that result from work such as welding, sanding, grinding, cutting and working with woods and metals.

Protection against thermally or mechanically generated particulates (P2), including those which may contain oil.
|
|
To be fitted securely onto the 3M 6000 series cartridges with 3M 501 retainer covers.

Features 6035 Cartridges

Pair of Spark-Resistant P2/P3 Toxic Particulate Filters for use with 3M™ Reusable Respirators.

The 3M 6035 filters are an excellent choice for mould and asbestos removal work and are specifically designed for durability with a spark-resistant outer casing.
|
|
A tough outer protective casing deflects sparks and splashes, giving it an advantage over the 3M 2000 Series particulate filters.
