Bottom entry regulators take advantage of gravity to assist in the gas flow. Since the gas enters the regulator from the bottom, it naturally rises through the regulator, aiding in smooth and efficient gas flow without requiring additional pressure or force.
Placing the regulator at the bottom of the gas system can provide added protection against potential contaminants. Any condensate or particulate matter present in the gas is more likely to settle at the bottom, away from the regulator’s critical components. Within the Sydney Metro area only.
