Multiple AC Waveforms – Completely customise your aluminium welds. Switch between Sine, Square, and Triangle waves to change the arc characteristics, bead profile, and penetration to suit your weld.

Water Cooler Features:
The perfect accessory to maximise your TIG welding performance, especially at high amperages.
When combined with the T3W Water-Cooled TIG Torch, which uses our Bi-Flow™ Technology – high capacity cooling chambers that remove excessive heat at the source – you get greater performance from the TIG torch.
Using The Water Cooler:
Unscrew the screw cap for coolant container.
Pour coolant into the inlet until it reaches the ‘FULL’ marker on the coolant viewing window. The maximum coolant capacity of this water cooler is 3.5L. Do not run water cooler if the coolant level is below ‘EMPTY’.
Fasten the screw cap for coolant container.
Connect the red coolant return cable into the red coolant connection. Connect the blue coolant flow cable into the blue coolant connection.
Connect the power plug into the water cooler power outlet on the back of the RAZOR TIG 200 AC/DC.
Once the machine is powered on and set up for welding, push the water cooler button on the RAZOR TIG 200 AC/DC to turn the water cooler unit ON.

UNICOOL 5L COOLANT Features: 
UNICOOL Coolant is a balanced recirculation system and welding torch coolant.
It has been formulated for use with MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Laser Welding, Laser Cutting, Plasma Welding and Robotic Systems.
Its thermal stability properties make it an excellent choice for use with high-performance torches.
When used in conjunction with a regular coolant system maintenance program, UNICOOL will eliminate damaging mineral deposit build-up and will prevent clogging of the cooling system.
This coolant will extend the life of pumps, seals, gaskets and prevent costly downtime.
It contains rust and corrosion inhibitors that will help extend the life of the cooling system components.
This coolant is classified as a non-dangerous product.
